The panels merge (#20) brought code importing CameraSpec/ToolsCollection, which the old v0.2.0 pin lacks — main CI has been red since. v0.4.0 has them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

main's red CI. The panels merge (#20) landed parol6 code that importsCameraSpecandToolsCollectionfrom waldoctl, butmainstill pinnedwaldoctl@v0.2.0(has neither;v0.3.0was tagged beforeToolsCollection). This bumps the pin to the newwaldoctl@v0.4.0tag, which has both.Verified: with v0.4.0,
